Remove Sony Bravia WE66 banner
Hello,
On my Sony Bravia WE66 TV, a "X-reality pro" banner keeps appearing constantly, alternating with a "WE66 2017 NEW" banner followed by other functions (YouTube, ...).
Does anyone know how to permanently remove these two banners? Thank you very much.

Your TV must be in "demo" or "store" mode; you need to look in the menus and check "family use" or "home"
Otherwise, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

The problem is that the remote control does not allow access to the menus. The "Home" button, which is supposed to lead to the settings function, does nothing when the banners are not there (which is rare) and only displays three things otherwise (E-pop, X-reality pro, and Demo Mode, functions that yield nothing at all when selected!).
I called Sony, and I didn't get any satisfactory response (despite a 40-minute call!). I sent photos of the screen, I'm waiting...
