EBP archiving issue

Hello,

I am using the EBP Compta Classic 2016 software and I cannot archive the year 2017. Once the backup is done, I initiate the archiving process but it fails because access is denied, showing "../Documents/Archivage BOI.log" as the path even though I selected the "Documents" folder to place the archive in.

Thank you for your help, the online support is a scam..

    Check the paths in the "Tools/Options" menu: Paths and Import-Export

    Also check that you have enough space on your disk....

      Hello, thank you, but the problem doesn't come from there: the path is not allowed (even though there is only one user account on my computer and I am the admin) and there is indeed enough memory available on my hard drive...

      I finally solved the problem; it was an issue with the permissions of my user directory. I don’t know why it suddenly removed permissions from me… Anyway, everything is sorted out, thanks anyway!

      Hello, I am also experiencing the same problem when closing the accounting period. The backup goes very well but not the archiving; I get this error message: "Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\EBP\Archivage BOI.log' is denied." Can you help me?

        I just solved this problem where EBP asked for 400 euros; I simply disabled my antivirus while archiving.
