Repeater configuration issue

Hello,

I have a repeater at home and I can't connect to it to configure it. When I type in the IP address in Firefox or Chrome, I get the following error message:

The connection has timed out.

The server at address 192.168.0.50 is taking too long to respond.

The site may be temporarily unavailable or overloaded. Please try again later;
If you are unable to browse any site, check your computer's network connection;
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure Firefox is allowed to access the web.

      I connected to it via cable, but it doesn't work. I also tried to connect to it via the Wi-Fi emitted by the device, but that doesn't work either.
