"Disappearance" from Play Store

Hello,
for more than two months, "Playstore" has disappeared from my smartphone (Samsung Galaxy J3 6).
Following the advice of an employee from Orange, I reset it, which had no effect!
However, if I go into the app manager, I still see "Google Play Services" (I don't know if it's the same thing) and a cache that still shows some MB.
Can you explain to me, as simply as possible (I'm not an expert at all), how to restore it?

For me, all the solutions on the forums didn't work, but I found another solution.
The problem is probably there because your Play Store app is too old and needs to be updated, or maybe you rebooted your phone and nothing works anymore (maybe it's an old phone?).
To do this, you need to download the Aptoide app from the internet, and then from this app, you search for Play Store and update Play Store.
And there, boom, it works normally again.
