How long will my package stay in customs?

Hello, I ordered a smartphone on the PriceMinister website, it arrived in Paris by plane on Thursday, December 7th, and I received a Colissimo tracking number that has been stuck since last Thursday on *Your package is ready to be shipped, it will be delivered to the post office* and the tracking status is still *In Transit*. I suppose it's the customs that are holding it for a long time, but still, it's been 5 days. I would like your opinions and personal experiences, please, and when it is likely to arrive.

    Hello

    Impossible to answer, it's customs IF it comes from outside the EU, otherwise there are no customs.
    If that's the case, delays can vary greatly and so can the costs.

      The CEE? It comes from Hong Kong via DHL.

      So not Hong Kong, so there will definitely be VAT + customs fees and possibly additional clearing fees, and that can be expensive.
