Big quality issue with the bird um1

Hello,

I recently purchased a new PC, and on my old PC, the Bird worked perfectly, but now on my new PC running Windows 10, it doesn't work the same way at all. The quality is terrible, really awful, with a lot of background noise and overall horrible quality. I don't understand, please help me.

    Hi, I have exactly the same problem! On my laptop, the sound is great, but on my desktop with the Z370 Gaming Plus motherboard, the sound is terrible!
