Good evening, today I purchased a Bird UM1, but (frustratingly), I can't connect the USB cable (that was provided) to the microphone; the microphone's port seems too large for the cable. I'd like to know how to proceed, please ^^.

    It looks like a USB port like the ones found on many printers and other equipment...

      Yes, I know it needs to be plugged in here, but the USB cable plug looks too small compared to the microphone socket.

    exactly, that's not the right connector.

    you need the 3rd one, I think...
    Don't you have a USB printer nearby, with a connector like that?

      I just tested it with my printer cable, it works... so, Woodbrass got the wrong cable? Bad impression for a first order...

    You just have to buy one, or scream at Woodbrass :o))

    Yep. In the "Description" window, there's a "features" section
    And it states: "- Delivered with 1 USB cable and a suspension" (last line)
    So the cable should be included, and the right one!

    I ordered a microphone a day ago and I don't know if it has the right cable. What should I do if it's not the right one?

    Is this the cable that was delivered to you with the microphone?
    Where did you buy it?
