Bird-UM1 Sound quality issues and background noise?

Hello,
I recently got a Bird-UM1 (yes, another one), but I have a problem.
The sound quality is poor, and I can hear the noises from my keyboard behind the microphone, as well as all the other sounds. There’s also a slight background noise that's not too bothersome, but if anyone has a tip for that, I'd appreciate it...
The microphone is supposed to be cardioid, so I don't understand why I'm picking up noises from behind.
I also don't get the sound quality.

For now it's USB with Audacity, and I've also tried to listen to the mic directly through my headphones.
