Hello
So here it is, when I play The Sims 4, after about 1 hour my PC crashes, but there's worse, when I charge my PC, it takes just 5 minutes of playing and bam it crashes! It's a bit frustrating because I just bought the game, and before that, I checked that my PC was powerful enough to support it, which is definitely the case. I also noticed a silly detail, but in the game, there are no bubbles to see what the Sims want at that moment.
I already tried going to Origin and repairing it, the game is up to date, I have no additional content that could be causing the bug, it can't be because I have too much cash and need to delete it, and my game is already set to "high performance" in the graphic settings.
I hope you can help me :( thanks.

Have you checked the temperature and the version of your BIOS/UEFI?

I’m afraid I didn’t understand well, I’m not an expert ^^’ if you’re talking about the Windows version, I have Windows 10.
