Hello,

I have problems reinstalling W10 64 on a Thomson Neo14SWH.
I can't find some drivers, including the sound driver.
Ironically, Thomson's website doesn't recognize this device even though they sold it!

    Press Windows + R
    Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

    If there are any device alerts:
    Provide the hardware IDs of the device
    Check this out --> Finding a device's identification number
    Post the IDs in your next message.
