Hello,
for the abbreviation of "Maître," it requires a capital M and a small e attached
but this small e should be attached at the top of the m and not at the bottom
how to do it??? (both in Word and in my emails (I'm on Gmail))
in short, can we create this abbreviation on the keyboard?

Hello, in Word there is the "x²" option that allows you to raise the e like the ², but in Gmail, there is no such option. 
At worst, for Gmail, you can copy-paste this (I searched online for the character to copy-paste):
