Mozilla Firefox has disappeared from my computer. Solved

Hello, I have always used Mozilla Firefox, however, when I turned my PC back on, it no longer appeared. I have downloaded it again several times, and it still does not appear. Mozilla Firefox is nowhere to be found on my computer. What can I do? Thank you for your response. Best regards.

Hello, as you describe your problem, it makes me think of a "Firefox" update on an obsolete system; XP/Vista? If that's the case, it will be hard to find a solution, but why not!…  --  "He who asks a question is a fool for five minutes. He who does not ask is a fool for life."

Uninstall Firefox Restart the PC.  Windows Key + E Delete the mozilla folder in this directory: --> C:\Program Files (x86) and/or Programs  Delete the Firefox shortcuts on the desktop.  Reinstall the desired version: --> Firefox 64 bits --> Firefox 32 bits    -- Human beings are at their best when things are at their worst

Download and install --> Revo Uninstaller  Run it as administrator Uninstall --> Firefox Follow the tutorial carefully to uninstall everything properly, including residual folders and keys. Delete the Firefox shortcuts on the desktop. Restart the PC.  Reinstall Firefox.  -- The human being is at its best when things are at their worst.
