No internet connection due to Realtek card Solved/Closed

Question

Hello, I no longer have Internet; it says: the Realtek PCIe FE family controller is experiencing driver or hardware problems. What should I do, please?    Configuration: Android / Chrome 61.0.3163.98

Hello,

Go to Start
In the Search bar
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

Go to Network Adapters
Right-click on the adapter --> Realtek PCIe FE family
Uninstall

Click on --> Action
Scan for hardware changes.

Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits  Download this driver -->  Realtek Ethernet and put it in your documents.  Right-click on --> Install_Win7_7112_09202017.zip Select --> 7Zip Choose --> extract to "Install_Win7_7112_09202017\"  Go to Device Manager. Right-click on the device in question Update driver Browse my computer for drivers Choose from a list of device drivers...
