Open Office won't open anymore.

Hello,
My computer is new with Windows 10 and Open Office 4.1.5, which I can no longer open.
What should I do?
If I delete it, what will happen to the files and spreadsheets?
I also have Word and Excel, and some Excel spreadsheets take a while to open.

    Good evening
    try purging the profile
    press the WINDOWS key (a flag) and R (at the same time).
    -Then, type << %appdata% >>
    -Look for the OpenOffice folder
    -Rename it to << OldOpenOffice >>

      Thank you for the procedure but I can't rename Open Office: "impossible because files or this folder are open in another program."

      How can I find out which program it is?

      Well, it worked for 5 minutes...

      My file opened fine, I closed it, and now it won't open again... I've tried the maneuver several times but it's not working

      Yet my other Open Office files open without any problem

      Too bad
