Call rejected

Hello, when my son calls me, he can't reach me because it says call rejected. His number is not blocked, and I don't know how to remove it from the rejection list. It's a Samsung S8. Thank you for the answer.

    Hello,

    On your son's phone, he needs to dial: *31#

    He should go to Phone (where you dial a number) then to Call settings / Call rejection / Auto reject list. to remove a number or disable Auto reject mode. to stop rejecting any calls.
