Installing software on a PC without internet

Hello, I have a brand new PC running Windows 10 that I do not wish to connect to the network, whether via Wi-Fi or wired. However, I need some software, so how can I do that?

Is it possible to install software (particularly Visual Studio 2017) on a USB drive and then plug that drive into the PC to install the software on the PC's hard drive? If so, how can I do that?

    Hi,
    Of course you can do it.
    If you have the installer on a USB stick, you just need to plug it into your PC, select the program (double-click) you want to install, and that's it.
