Install my Photoshop Element 2.0 software on Windows 10

Hello,

Try running in "compatibility" mode (right-click on the installation executable)
You could also try dragging all the files from the CD onto the hard drive and attempt the installation from there.
There's no guarantee that this will work...

My version of Photoshop Elements 2 stopped working overnight. I had to buy the latest version (2020) which offers absolutely nothing more.
But recently, version 2 is working again....
I think it's related to Windows 10 updates.

I was actually asking what you call the installation executable? (I have an installation CD-ROM)
I tried transferring the data from the CD to my computer to install it, but it doesn’t work.

Well, it still doesn't work, I think it's dead...

Go to this Adobe address where several solutions are offered.
Scroll down to "Intermediate Troubleshooting" 1. Install in simplified mode.
Copy the PSE 2.0 Disk to the desktop:
1. Insert the PhotoShop Elements 2.0 Disc / Close the auto window / Open the PSE Disc in File Explorer
2. Copy the Adobe PSE 2.0 folder from the disk to the desktop as follows:
a) Click D / Desktop > create a folder named "PSE 2.0".
b) Click G / PSE 2.0 icon on the desktop => Open window
c) Select/Drag all PSE 2.0 Disk folders from File Explorer into the open PSE 2.0 window on the desktop.
Then follow the steps. It worked very well for me. Good luck.
