Hello,
here is a problem from a friend:
on a Sony laptop, for the past few days, after probably a bad manipulation, the screen has turned black. Everything works normally, but with a black background and white text. The same goes for Word or Excel.
While searching on Google, I can only find solutions for a black screen that freezes the PC, but that’s not the case here; everything works, but it's very unpleasant.
