Receive Free Eutelsat 5W Channels - Cameroon

Question

Hello,  I am in Cameroon and I recently installed a Starsat SR 78 HD Prime decoder and aimed it at Eutelsat 5W, but I only have 4 FTA channels, all the others are encrypted (about a hundred), even those I thought were free. I would like to know what to do to get the other free channels.  I tried to aim it towards the eastern satellites, but the buildings make the operation impossible. I have the same problem, I connected it to my Canal + LNB and was able to get channels on Eutelsat 5 and also 4 FTA channels; I don't know how to get the unencrypted channels.

Good evening, The 27 French DTT channels are indeed free but encrypted on satellite for broadcasting rights reasons and are therefore theoretically reserved for the metropolitan territory. To receive them, you need a "Fransat" labeled decoder with its unlimited card (no subscription) that can be purchased in France at supermarkets or hardware stores for about €100.  -- I call a spade a spade *      *in French in the text
