issue with Filezilla Solved

Question

Hello,

When I try to connect to Filezilla, it refuses me.
I have a website in progress, but for some time now, no matter how much I follow the procedure:
perso-ftp,
my email address,
my password,
code 21
I have asked people who are much more competent than I am, I even gave my password to those I trusted, and they can't do it either. I called Orange's customer service, and they told me it wasn't within their expertise...
I don’t know who to turn to anymore.
It's a shame because we really liked my site.

Is there a software where I could upload my photos and send them by email?

Yes, that's exactly what I put, I get so frustrated with this software that I get mixed up. Sorry.

It's been a while since it stopped working, whereas before I had no issues.
I also tried it on a friend's site for which I had built a website with his details: no problem before, and now the same issue, I can't connect with Filezilla. I wondered if it was due to my PC, but no, because on other people's PCs, it doesn't work either.
I had no issues before.

Version: Windows 10
Antivirus: Avast free so, no firewall or the Windows one I think.
Filezilla: version 3.37.1.0

I just tried again, I'm doing a copy/paste.
Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - No node name or server name provided, or unknown".

Version : Windows 10 Home? Pro? 32 or 64 bits? Up to date? (1803 (17134.320))

Antivirus : Free Avast so, no firewall or the one from Windows I think. Uninstall this crap https://www.avast.com/fr-fr/uninstall-utility

Filezilla : version 3.37.1.0 32 or 64 bits?

I’m willing to remove Avast, but I’ve had it for a long time and before Filezilla started giving me trouble, it was working perfectly.

I've tried Anonymous, Normal, Interactive, it's always at the password level that it gets stuck.
It doesn't recognize me.

It's totally crazy! When I type http://perso-ftp.orange, the page says the connection failed. I've tried several times. The same goes for www.cijoint.com. Both http:// are systematically erased.

I should mention that we moved with a new email address (change of department), after a problem with Orange, the repairman made sure we could use our old email address which we still use. He tinkered quite a bit.

But now, I've tried with the address that is the main one, so the last one, and it still doesn't work.

Ultimately, I think the problem comes from the mix-up.

I don't know what we can do. If we can't fix it, too bad, you will have raised a problem that I had completely overlooked.

When we change departments, we also change our phone number, since the email address is linked to the Box, there you go!

Yes, we have canceled the contract for our old region. As I explained to you, normally our email address is the one that is written, but the Orange technician arranged for us to use both addresses. So, we mostly use the old one.

I believe the problem comes from that.
