Hello, my Thomson Neo14 laptop won't turn on and I've been told to remove the battery, but it doesn't have one. What should I do?

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 62.0

No, the Neo 14 Thomson doesn't have a battery, maybe a small battery but I don't know where. My previous computer had a battery module that could be removed and replaced.

A battery ???? Uh... no! Batteries are for flashlights... not for PCs.
Do you plug it into the mains?
