Hello, I'm 18 years old and I would like to go to Disney for Christmas, but my student salary doesn't allow me to afford the offers that Disney provides. That's why I've been looking for private sales for a few days without too much discovery that are interesting, except for one offer from a site I didn't know about called "MUSEMENT.COM". In my opinion, I'm very perplexed; on one hand, I see a very serious offer at a very interesting price, and on the other hand, I see a huge scam. The site seems really reliable with excellent reviews and interesting but not excessive or suspicious offers, yet nothing tells me that the reviews were actually written by people who purchased from this site. Moreover, I can’t find any legal mentions on the site, only general terms of sale. So I'm coming to you guys to get the opinions of reliable people who can really enlighten me about this site or if anyone knows and has bought from this site, I would like to hear their opinions. I still want to clarify that the site offers many activities such as museums, parks, sporting events... at reduced prices.
Thank you for your understanding!

    Hello

The terms and conditions indicate a RCS number in Milan..

Bad luck, a quick search in the 'Registroimprese' of Milan shows: # unknown..

We did not find any company corresponding to "M11995020".

    Either there's a bug somewhere..

Or the site is completely FAKE..

In either case, this site is SUSPICIOUS and should not be used..

    See you+

    Hello

Thank you for your search on this site; I don't know much about it at all, but based on what you said, I'm going to stick with my first choice and say goodbye to this site. I will continue my search hoping to find the best price! Thank you again for taking the time to look for information about the site. Have a great day!

    See you!

Hi, I confirm that Musement is a scam website.
I believe the reviews on the site are fake.
I bought tickets for the Doge's Palace in Venice two years ago, it was a simple 'voucher' and not actual tickets, to be exchanged on-site for real tickets with a person from Musement (since it was not valid at the museum entrance)... but there was no one on-site on the day. And the company in question has no physical presence in Venice... and is completely unknown.
So stay away from it AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid at all costs. After booking tickets on Musement.com, we went to the park where we were denied access. Invalid tickets. Upon returning, we requested a refund of the €900 paid, resulting in double payment. It's a scam. Refund refused after we struggled to contact customer service, which just led us in circles... You should have read the terms of sale... Tickets that are useless; you have to rebook on the official site after booking on Musement.com!!! A REAL SCAM.

I confirm, Musement is a scam! When you buy, everything goes well. I bought a skip-the-line tour of the Dome and St. Peter's Basilica. On-site, no guide, no one... No one to answer the phone or by email either. And to top it all off, after a week, I was told that they recognize my good faith and that I was indeed there at the right time, but since Musement couldn't get refunded by their local provider Wander in Italy, I wouldn't be refunded either!
