Create a mode for second screen only

Hello everyone,
I currently have an MSI GL62, when I connect it to my second screen in duplicate or extend mode, it runs very well on games.
However, to have maximum optimization, I would like to use only my second screen.
The problem is that it experiences several freezes...
For your information, my drivers are up to date!
My second screen is 60Hz and is properly connected to the GTX 1060

    So it's already been 2-3 days that I've been searching and I think I've finally found it!

    You need to go to the display settings and simply set the scaling to 100%. I then set the display only to my second screen and poof, no more problems...

    7
