Hello,
I can no longer view the photos on my external hard drive using the "quick look" function. It displays the message "None of these photos can be imported into your iPhoto library." How can I view them otherwise?

Hello,
Select one of your photos, right-click on it/Read the information and, in the window that opens, choose an opening software, like "Preview," and click on "change all" so your photos will open with this software instead of being imported.
Example:
