Scroll and delete photos on Mac

Hello,
I just bought a MAC, and I'm struggling to do a simple thing: scroll through the photos in a folder and delete them as needed.
All of this, of course, without having to upload the photos somewhere or doing 10 copy-pastes all over the place.
Something simple, like on a PC.....

Hello,

In the Finder: select the first file and press the spacebar to get a preview. Then navigate from one photo to another using the arrow keys. When you arrive at a photo you want to delete, just press Cmd+Delete. Finally, press the spacebar again to exit the preview.

Thank you, I found it. In fact, the subtlety (or stupidity of MAC) is that to scroll through the photos and delete them using the method you provided, you need to display the photos in a list and not in thumbnail view...

The method works with the 4 presentation styles: list, icons, columns, and cover flow. The latter presentation allows you to have a preview directly in the Finder window (Presentation > As Cover Flow).

No No, I have Mac Sierra and there is only in column or list view that it's possible to scroll through the photos easily.
In the other modes, when reaching the end of the line, the system doesn't have the idea to go to the next photo in the bottom left, you have to press the down arrow, but it takes you to the one above which is not the next one chronologically, and when I delete one I have to press the arrow again to see the preview of the next one...
If you tell me that there is a system setting to adjust, I'm open to it.
