    I made a purchase through their website and had no issues. Shoes received quite quickly and as described. Of good quality.

    Hello, above all, do not buy from this site, it's a scam. If you want shoes, buy them from Aliexpress; it's the same thing. My shoes are indeed as described in the picture but arrived directly from China, reeking of plastic, and there is no mention of the Basso brand written anywhere on the shoes, neither on the front label nor inside, nowhere. It's just a pair of shoes I bought in China for a crazy price, and luckily for me, I bought them during the sales. I would like to return them because the size doesn't fit, and the money will be refunded to my Basso account and not to my bank account, so I have no choice but to leave my money there. In short, run away from this site. Basso is in no way a brand, just a provider and a scammer.

    not at all....I bought shoes for almost 80 euros, I received them with a lot of delay and they are almost entirely made of very poor quality plastic even though they were supposed to be leather...I’m trying to initiate a refund process, besides the huge list of non-refundable conditions, the return shipping costs are at our expense and the return address is in Chicago, Illinois, USA!!

    With their conditions, anything could invalidate my refund and on top of that, the shipping costs for a tracked package (they require proof of delivery..!) of that size abroad will practically cost me half the purchase price.
