Hello,
I have changed my Samsung smartphone.
I gave my previous Samsung to my daughter.
We are sharing the same Samsung account.
How can I remove this account from her device without affecting the data on mine?
Thanks a lot.
Catherine
Configuration: Android / Chrome 68.0.3440.91

Hi,
You just need to reset your daughter's device.
Then, create a Samsung account for her and add a Google (Gmail) account.
It's best to have already created a Google account on your PC so you can have it handy right after the device reset, as you will need it.
For the Samsung account, when it asks to log in, just select "I don't have an account."
You will be prompted to create one.
This way, she will have her own Google and Samsung accounts.
Be careful, to have a Google account, your daughter must be over 15 years old; otherwise, it cannot be created. I had this problem with my grandson (12 years old).
