If you are talking about Astra 19.2° East and Eutelsat 5° West (which replaced Atlantic Bird), there is still more than 24° of difference, and it is better to have two separate dishes
But you are not describing your problem well...
What do you want to receive?

It's very kind of you to inform me, I'm a bit lost.
Yes, I am talking about Astra 19.2 East and Atlantic Bird. I didn't know it was called Eutelsat 5° West.

Following some deaths, I inherited 2 receivers, one Astra and one Atlantic Bird, but I have only one satellite dish and I wanted to know if I can use either one with the same dish or if the dish needs a special adjustment for each receiver.

You say you want to receive the 27 channels of TNT, your Starcom decoder allows it and is sufficient
If you want to additionally receive the Astra channels, there’s no need to use another decoder; your Starcom has a DiSEqC switch, excerpt from the manual:
"DiSEqC 1.0: This parameter allows you to set the DiSEqC switching of your installation. You can
by adjusting this parameter switch a dish equipped with a MONOBLOC LNB or a DiSEqC switch with 2 single LNBs."
