Emails for Italy...

Hello,
I can't send emails to Italy. Is there something special to note about email addresses when sending from France??
Thank you for your help, I lost my dog on August 20 near Genoa and I need to contact all the shelters, but I'm receiving bounce-backs saying that the emails aren't being delivered...

Hi

No, there are no constraints on sending an email, it would even work from your place to the moon :)
However, the receiving server may block emails other than those from Italy.

What is the shipping error you are receiving? Give all the text.
