    Hi,

    It's as simple as that, you just need to indicate the language (change FR-FR to IT-IT in the MSN account creation URL).
    Example: https://signup.live.com/newuser.aspx?mkt=IT-IT&lic=1&uaid=6904939f5aa747229987cc8e634ca095
