Hello,
I received responses, but I must have explained myself poorly. In fact, last Monday, when I tried to read my emails on my wanadoo.fr address, nothing happened; the old emails displayed, but not the new ones. I'm being asked for a password; I found the one I had set up five years ago, but it's being refused. I called Orange, and we created a secondary account, but to resolve my issue, they are suggesting that I redo my Orange account, which will erase both my email addresses and my saved messages on Mozilla with wanadoo. Since Monday, I must have a hundred emails that I can't read. What can I do? Do you have a suggestion for me so I can reopen this account? Best regards
