Lacie external hard drive not recognized on Windows 10

Hello everyone,

I would appreciate it if someone could help me.

My computer (running Windows 10) does not detect my LaCie LaCinema Classic HD 2TB external hard drive. (I've had it for 3 years and it worked perfectly on my previous PC (running Vista))
For your information, the hard drive lights up when plugged in and spins. It works on another computer (running Vista!)

It is neither automatically recognized nor displayed under "Computer".

In the device manager, there is a list including "USB bus controllers", but I don't know what to do because when I plug it in, nothing happens (not even in hidden devices), not even exclamation marks

Disk management doesn't show it either, only displaying the disk0 basic recovery and Windows, which is the PC's drive.

I also plugged it into other USB ports but nothing. They all work fine as they read my USB drives.
I also changed the cable... still nothing!!!

I contacted LaCie and so far nothing from them either

Is there any way to force the recognition of a device or to make it appear?
I'm desperate because many memories are stored inside!!!

I would like to point out that I'm a complete novice!!

Thank you in advance.

    Hello ggloloclem,

We are sorry that you are having trouble accessing your LaCinéma drive.

Have you checked if the USB drivers on your computer are up to date?

On the following link you will find instructions for updating the drivers: https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/windows/mettre-%C3%A0-jour-les-pilotes-dans-windows-10-ec62f46c-ff14-c91d-eead-d7126dc1f7b6

    See you soon,

        Hello,

Unfortunately, this hard drive is not compatible with Windows 10, so it does not have technical support for this operating system.

We are really sorry to bring you the bad news.

        See you later,
