Hello, I connected my phone outside my home to check a telephone jack, and since then, the "tape" symbol indicating the presence of a message has appeared, along with the annoying blue flashing around the microphone. However, I have never had an answering machine on this phone, and I have tried in vain to access it: despite reading the manual and following the advice to press the 4 key, I cannot make this notification go away. Does anyone have a solution please? Thank you.

Hello, thank you for your response. The icon that appears is "nx messages on the operator's messaging system". I read the manual, but my problem is that I don't know how to access this messaging system, having never used it, I don't have the number. I believe the only solution is to call Orange... or to change my phone!

The Orange messaging service can be accessed by dialing 3103.
