Encrypting and decrypting an email with a SECEM key

Hello,
I am a regular user of Outlook. I would like to know how to create a personal code to send my emails and always open them with a secure code.
I tried to create the SECEM key by opening a web browser/tools/internet options/content/certificate...
I followed the installation procedures... but I cannot find the key in Outlook.
Could you please help me and guide me in the right direction?

    Hello

If I understand correctly, you want a mandatory password to open Outlook?

    Okay, I understand.

First of all, we are talking about encryption and decryption, not cryptography.

Then, we can do this kind of thing with PGP, but for it to work, the recipient also needs to have PGP installed.

Even though it's possible to install a PGP module for Outlook, I would personally recommend Thunderbird, which has the advantage of being open-source and poses fewer issues regarding the security of sent emails.
