Hello,
I purchased a paysafecard in Greece (where I am currently on vacation) to top up my Spotify account. After making my purchase, I want to use it. When I go to Spotify to pay with a paysafecard, there is no option to enter a pin code directly but to use mypaysafecard. However, I realized that at the bottom, I could change the country. I switched to France and the pin field reappeared, but my pin code doesn't work. After several attempts, I decide to create a mypaysafecard account. When I enter this code, it tells me: This code cannot be used because it was purchased in a country other than your country of residence. So I am unable to use this paysafecard. I also cannot cheat on the country of residence because it asks for a phone number from that country, which will subsequently be verified. I don’t know what to do. Furthermore, a paysafecard refund is not advantageous because they charge a €7.50 processing fee....

      What poses a huge problem for me is that paysafecard is sold abroad but they are not able to let me take my money out with a lame excuse about the country I'm in...
