Hello,
Please can someone help me
I can’t use my software anymore, everything is grayed out after an error message.

The database file is not found. Check the path to the database. [ Data Source = C:\Documents and Settings\Anne Marie\My Documents\My Folder Invoicing9.0FR03_0895452f-b7c1-4c00-a316-c6a6d0ea4bf4.sdf ].

    Hello;

    In fact, it’s only the software that would have encountered a bug!
    To attempt a system restore under XP >> See this link
    Check available dates, and try a system restore on a date when everything was okay

      still no way to use the software nor to make quotes nor anything.

      I wonder if I can uninstall it and reinstall it?
      is that possible or not ?

    Hello;

    Have you tried performing a system restore by selecting a date when everything was OK?
    What is your operating system >> Windows? >> Which one?
    What was that error message?

      so i didn’t perform the system restore because I can’t do anything, everything is grayed out and my Windows system is Microsoft Windows XP.

    so I didn’t do the system restore because I can’t do anything everything is grayed out and my Windows system is Microsoft Windows XP.

    Which means you no longer have any access to your Windows XP? and can’t do anything ....

    Did it succeed or not?
    Since when do you have this problem?
    Do you have a reinstall CD for this software with its license key?
    Have you properly backed up all documents ...?

      yes even with the system restore it doesn’t work and the problem is just today

      yes I have the CD and everything and I always back up the documents

    Hello;

    Personally I don’t know this software, but I think the best solution is to perform a clean and complete uninstall of it using Revo Uninstaller >> See this link >> If you’re not familiar with its use, read the instructions on the link....
    Restart the machine, then reinstall with the CD you have and run the software again using a valid backup
    I will install this software to try an uninstall

      For information, I signed up on the EBP site, then downloaded the 30-day trial version of EBP auto-entrepreneur pratic 2018 .....
      No problem, I launched the software and everything seems to be okay but since I don't know how it works, I didn't push it too hard .....Then I did a full uninstall with Revo Uninstaller..... and even a fresh install to verify and everything is okay .....to finally uninstall it permanently
