Hello,
I bought a Megaport setup six months ago (NVD 1050 ti graphics card and AMD processor).
Despite Amazon reviews like "The PC crashes after a month and the customer service is terrible."
However, more recently, the PC has been crashing randomly, for no reason.
So, yesterday I started my computer without any issues, I launched KSP and a manga website (as usual).
Then, after about fifteen minutes, the PC crashed as it usually does, but this time a deep buzzing sound came through the headset.
I restarted the computer, but unlike usual, the Windows 10 loading symbol froze (when normally I enter my password in 5-10 seconds and I'm good to go).
I waited 5 minutes and then restarted the computer, and there was nothing, the LEDs and fans of the computer lit up normally, but neither the keyboard nor the mouse worked, plus the screens detected no source (DVI or HDMI).
I first thought it was the graphics card that had come loose, so I pressed down on the graphics card and restarted, but with no success.
I hope to get a response quickly, before I use the warranty.
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Same here, my son's PC crashed after a few months, sent it back for warranty service.
They seem to completely not care..
Anyway, after several email exchanges, I got the PC back supposedly repaired, but surprise, it didn’t work..
They hadn't finished reinstalling the system, well yes, we're all IT specialists..
Anyway, once that issue was resolved, a week later, the PC crashed again, not recognizing the screen.
Contacted customer service again, who sent me a link to reset it.
As if we hadn't told them that the screen was completely black...
So how do you open an email from a crashing PC?
You tell me.

Hi,
Since this type of PC is a total piece of crap, use the warranty.
Return it to customer service.
One important point is that it's not a gaming PC as stated in the display.
A real gaming PC is either built by oneself or by a professional with carefully selected high-quality components from reputable brands.
For example, the site TopAchat is well-known for that.
A gaming PC isn't worth €500 but around double that at minimum.
