Saba SCB1910VX TV won't turn on + remote control broken

For some time now (4-5 days), my television no longer responds to the button on the side to turn it on, and I have to use the remote control. Yesterday, my remote control broke; my dog made it his snack (the circuit board is cut in half and unusable).

Now, I don't know how to turn on my screen. I got a Meliconi Fully 8 universal remote, but during the setup, the screen has to be turned on or something like that.

And if possible, can someone help me reset the screen without a remote control :/.

Hello.

TRY by first turning off the TV using the on/off switch, then turning it back on with the same switch while simultaneously pressing both the + and - volume buttons on the TV. Keep these two buttons pressed until the screen lights up.

If it fails, there are no other suggestions at the moment.
