TV antenna reception issue

After fiddling with various hi-fi chains, here we are with a television and an antenna...
What is the model of this Fuji Onkyo antenna which, apparently, is not the attic's rabbit-ears antenna?
Why not connect to the attic antenna? No socket nearby?

Is the television transmitter you depend on in sight?
Indoor antennas only work well if the transmitter is very close and there aren't too many obstacles between the antenna and it?

This is the one that "MacouvertureTNT" claims to provide the best reception.
It's up to you to check with your exact address how you are situated in relation to this emitter and then direct the antenna towards the emitter. (the attic antenna or the neighbors should point in that direction)

I confirm that indoor antennas only work when near and in direct line of sight with a transmitter, without obstacles... which means that in 95% of cases, they don't work... so buy one only if you are sure of the possibility of return.
If your TV has the ability to display a bar graph of signal quantity and quality, use it on a channel that works to perfect the orientation.
