Hello,
I would like to update my Thomson 55UA7066 television to be able to watch Netflix.
I contacted customer service, who provided me with the procedure. After following all the steps, namely downloading the update, decompressing the file, putting the update on the USB drive, and plugging the drive into the TV, it showed me that the file is not compatible or not readable.
I don't know what to do, so if anyone has an idea, I would appreciate it.

I just updated my TV 55ua6406w.
Here's what to do to make it work...(don't update via USB, it doesn't work...)
Format the USB stick to FAT32.
Copy the update (unzipped) onto the stick (only 1 file)
Turn off the TV using the remote control. (standby)
Insert the stick (ONLY) into USB port 2
Press (and hold) the ON button on the back of the TV, the update will start automatically...
