Hello, I ordered a retro gaming console for €33 from the site lovely online deals (Facebook ad) 4 months ago. I contacted customer service by email and they blocked me automatically.
Are there others in the same situation as me? If so, have you been able to get your money back or receive your package?
I don't know what to do anymore...

    I also got scammed two months ago (14.90). I did my little investigation, the email address is fake as well as the postal address (for the so-called returns). They have several sites, be careful: lovely one line, lovely deals, the same. Address in Peillonnex in the middle of nowhere, I contacted the local gendarmerie as well as the town hall which doesn't know this company at all. You need to file a complaint in your city..

      Oh yes! Like you, I fell for it; I ordered a month ago for 14.90, it was debited immediately, and I haven't received anything. This site should be avoided. I’ve sent several emails for explanations, but no one responds. Since I paid via PayPal, I opened a dispute that's pending a response.

    I am in the same situation as you; it has been a month since I have been waiting for my order. I have sent several emails, the last two without a response. I just got scammed out of 14 euros and 90 cents; it's not great, but this company, Lovely Deals, is a nice scam, a bunch of thieves since they cashed the amount on the first day of my order.
