Maxicompte password

I created an account on maxicompte, protected by a simple password (1234) just for a trial, but when opening the file it refuses: invalid password.
Is there a way to simply delete this useless file without opening it but without resetting the database that contains another valid file?

Yes, but in this case the password entered is <1234>, but after an export and then an import on another computer, it no longer works.
A password should limit access and not prohibit it!!!!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't export. You need to install it cleanly and independently on the other machine...

So what is the purpose of export-import, if not to retrieve data when changing computers?

I think you didn't understand my problem: I properly installed the software on my new computer because the previous one was out of order; fortunately, I had exported my database. So I was able to import it onto my new machine in the previously installed software using the normal installation procedure: I can see the files, they are locked, but when I try to open them and enter the password, it is invalid...

Hello,

I have been managing my accounts with maxi compte for about a month, and I just saw that it was possible to create a password. I completed that with a password, but now I can no longer open my file; it always says the password is invalid...
How can I fix this problem???

Hello,
In my opinion, by carefully uninstalling Maxicompte from your computer, preferably using software like Ccleaner, and deleting your working file. Then you reinstall Maxicompte and try to open one of the backup copies of your working file.
