Data transfer impossible

Hello,

I just bought a Huawei P20 Lite. To transfer data to my PC (up-to-date Windows 10), I downloaded the HiSuite software on both my PC and my mobile.
When I start the software, it asks me to establish the connection via HDB, but this connection cannot be established.
Does anyone know the procedure?

Hello  At the top of your smartphone, you have the USB icon. Swipe down and choose to connect in file transfer mode.

settings-security and uncheck HDB.restart your phone and connect to the pc as mentioned in the first response.ALso CHECK on your pc device manager that you don’t have a yellow triangle....if you are really stuck go to the playstore and install airmore and you will be able to transfer via wifi

Hello, I recently backed up my Huawei P9 Plus (internal memory) on my computer, and to date, HISuite is installed correctly on my computer and on my smartphone. I have reset my Huawei, and my problem is that I cannot restore my backup to my Huawei. HISuite tells me (the Backup application is running on your device. Please close it and try again). I do not understand, HISuite does not allow me to specify the path to look for this backup. Well, it’s not so serious, but I don’t understand why? Thank you in advance for any potential response.
