Hello,

I have a smartphone (Huawei P8 Lite) and when I tried to connect it via USB cable to my computer, I couldn't access my phone on my computer.
It says that my phone is charging, but the other day I could, for example, see my photos or access my music from my computer.

If anyone knows how to fix this..

Thank you!

It's good, it works, I found it:
It's a bit long but it allows you to manage contacts, images, and apps...
First step, you need to operate in debugging mode.
Go to settings, then "About phone" and tap 7 times yes, yes, 7 times, if you tap in the right place it will say more than 2, more than 1...?! on "Build number," go back and there you'll see "developer options." Go into developer options and check the box "USB debugging."
Always check for this computer, at the prompt on the main screen in the shortcuts.
Then set the phone to always-on display mode (30 min).
Connect using the provided USB cable.
Install the app on the phone, reply yes, hence the need for the screen to stay on!
Follow the instructions, it should work...
