How to update on a tablet

Hello,
I have a DSL 972 tablet and I'm facing a difficulty in obtaining the result that the F5 key provides on a computer, namely Refresh.
I participate in a game on PC and at the end I need to refresh so that my results are counted = I press the F5 key.

On a touchscreen tablet, I can't find the equivalent of this key on the virtual keyboard I use.

Does anyone have a solution please? Thank you

Configuration: Windows / Internet Explorer 11.0

I found it, you just have to click on the series of three dots in the upper right corner, a menu will then appear that includes <Refresh> on which you just need to click. It can be useful since the answers did not come. Thanks anyway to those who would have liked to help me.
