Hello,
I have had an HP Pavilion for several years, equipped with Windows 10.
My computer has always worked very well until a few days ago when several keys on the numeric keypad stopped responding (4, 5, 6, 3, 0, - and *).
I tried to update the keyboard driver, but there was no change.
I also uninstalled and then reinstalled the driver without success.
Do you have a solution for me?
Thank you for your help.
Best regards.

Hello,
What kind of Pavilion is it..?
It’s likely that your keyboard has a line in the X Y matrix of the keyboard that's malfunctioning because those are neighboring keys..
-- You can troubleshoot by using the uppercase alphabetical keys..
-- You might have a key that’s stuck in the pressed position... or something foreign under the keys, like coffee spills, or soda, or something else inside...
-- Otherwise, you may need to consider replacing the keyboard...
That’s it for a first approach.
