My numeric keypad is not working anymore

Hello,
for several days my number pad has not been responding. Even to type a period I have to press the shift key, which is not very practical. It’s just as bad for the numbers, and for a password for example, they are not recognized.
Is it serious, doctor? I am using Windows 10.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 62.0.3202.75

      Hello and thank you. Problem solved through the control panel. You can add that the formula works with Windows 10.
