Gravure qui échoue

Bonjour, je possede Nero suit 2018 Platinium avec une licence authentique . ,on probleme est que lorsque je veux graver un bluray ,l'encodage se fait bien , mais lorsque ça passe en gravure ça échoue pourtant le graveur externe bluray est reconnu ainsi que le disque de 25 go qui est dedans ,aussi si quelqu'un maitrise bien nero et peux m'aider ,un grand merci
