A DVD that I have already watched several times is now locked today. I put the DVD in, and it asks me for a password even though I have never set a password. Do you have a solution, please? Has this ever happened to you? Thank you for your help.

is it a movie DVD or a game?
Does your DVD come from Europe?
What software do you use to play the DVD?
and what happens with another DVD?
