Email reception issue on entourage 2008

Hello,

on MAC OS X El Capitan 10.11.6, and Entourage 2008 version 12.3.6, I can no longer receive emails. I get the following message:
an unknown error occurred in Entourage
error: 150
would any of you have a solution?

    Can you provide some details about the context? What type of account is involved (POP, IMAP, Exchange,...) ? Which host is it? Are you experiencing the same issue with another email client (Mail, Thunderbird,...) ? With another email account?

      Hello, this is a POP account, provider WANADOO. I'm not having any issues with mail.
      I have a MacBook with Entourage 2008 version 12.1.0 under macOS High Sierra version 10.13.4 that does not have this problem for the same email account.

        First, update your version of Office to the latest one. You should be on 12.3.6. Then we'll see if there's really a problem... That said, the 2008 version is getting quite old and may not be fully adapted to the latest changes on the servers. However, I was able to check my email this morning on a Wanadoo account without any particular issues (but that was with Yosemite, not El Capitan).
